We're all at conference to have an uplifting and spiritual time, not only with our friends, but several hundred other young people — so we've got some simple guidelines and expectations that will help everyone to have a great time and maintain the best environment possible.

All attendees must:

• behave in a manner that reflects the character of God and the principles expressed in the Bible.
• obey hosts' directions at all times.
• be mindful of their modesty and dress, and its potential impact on others.

All attendees should also (except when given explicit permission to act otherwise by, or accompanied by a host):

• stay within the conference venue's grounds.
• participate in all activities
• please limit the use of smartphones to an absolute minimum during the event, due to their innate potential to distract and disengage us from the spirit of Conference

Attendees must not:

• bring (or consume) any alcohol, recreational drugs, cigarettes, or other similar substances.
• use offensive or violent behaviour or language (bullying and harassment included)
• enter the girls' rooms if male, or boys' rooms if female

Additionally, by registering, you acknowledge that you understand you agree to being filmed or photographed at the event, which may be used for display at the event, or be posted online to social media. If this is cause for concern, please reach out to us at [email protected].
